Should Have Listened To Her

Last week Mom noticed me chewing on something and she knew it was something I wasn't suppose to have cuz I went in my bed and sat in there backwards. (That always give me away!) She came by my bed and I tried to hide it but she saw it anyways. It was a Q-tip. I snuck in the bathroom and dug it out of the garbage. As soon as she tried to take it out of my mouth, I chomped and chewed and the Q-tip went completely inside where she couldn't see it. Mom freaked out cuz she thought I ate it and she thought she was gonna have to give me the doggie heimlich. Well, I gave another chomp and the Q-tip popped out of the side of my mouth... just enough for Mom to grab it. I got chewed out big time cuz she said "Bad puppy" and "Q-tips are not for puppies"! I was really sad cuz Mom hardly ever calls me a bad puppy.
So last night we were going upstairs to bed and Mom saw a small pile of throw up on the floor. In the throw up was a Q-tip stick and a little bit of cotton. Yep, I snuck back in the bathroom, dug in the garbage and grabbed me a Q-tip. This time I ate it and it made me throw up. Guess I should have listened to her when she said Q-tips are not for puppies!
