I'm a 4 year old Boston Terrier. I love making Mom and Dad throw toys so I retrieve them, playing with sticks and going for rides with Dad. I have a brother, Tank, (also a Boster Terrier) who will make appearances here on occassion. My favorite non-dog treats are cheese and Lay's.

Mostly all the snow is melted! So do ya know what that means? Lots of running and playing in the back yard!! Tank and I had a little wrestlin’ match the other day, and I hate to admit it, but he got the best of me.

Just when I thought I was going to be here regular on my blog, Mom’s computer died. Doggone it! We are hoping to have it back in the next couple of days.
Tank and me have just been mindin’ our own business and bad things happened to us. Yesterday I was takin’ a nap half under a blanket that was hanging off the couch when all of a sudden Dad stepped on my back paw… with his shoes on. Oh the pain!!! I yelped so loud it woke Mom up from her nap! Dad said he didn’t see me and he felt so bad it made his tummy flip-flop cuz he thought I was really hurt. No need to worry though, my paw was feeling all better later last night. And then, we were goin’ outside and Mom just opened the storm door a little ways so the wind wouldn’t catch it… I ran into it and smacked my nose. Tank didn’t do much better… no sooner did he step on the porch, he wiped out right on his face!! The porched was all icy cuz it rained then froze. It’s a good thing we are both tough guys and not much phases us! Let’s just hope all the bad luck stuff is gone for a while!!

I call myself the protector of all things outside! When there were turkeys in the yard the other day, I chased them until they flew away and they haven’t come back. When I heard something else outside, I started barking and ran to the door, bounced on the door enough for me to escape and I sat on the porch barking. I just know it had to be a deer! Both times I got chewed out but I thought I was doing a good thing. Mom says when I was chasing the turkeys I ran too far from the house and when I snuck out the door, that was a no-no. Oh well, I would do it again to keep those pesky animals out of my yard!!

Dad keeps saying, “I’m sick of winter! I wish it would go away already!” I hear that. We keep getting teased with the snow melting and then it comes back. Tank and I were so happy when most of the snow melted a few days ago that we were playing in the mud like little piggies! And then yesterday… all in one day… it snowed and rained and got super windy. This morning we don’t even want to outside longer than it takes to do our business. Do you know how hard it is to your business when the wind blows you over? Days like this I’d much rather stay in the house under nice warms blankets.

Mom has been such a slacker with my blog! I wouldn’t be surprised if I lost all my friends cuz it’s been a long, long time. Anyways, life goes on.
Me and Tank have been just hanging out. Tank is still obnoxious but not quite as bad as he use to be… let’s just say he’s grown up. And I couldn’t believe some words that came out of Mom’s mouth the other day… she said to Dad, “Zeus is getting fat.” FAT?!? Well, it’s a good thing most of the snow is melting so soon Tank and I can have the run of the yard again! Some more shocking words that came out of Mom’s mouth… a fence! She said she wants to make a fence on the side of the yard where the woods are cuz she don’t like when Tank and I wander off there. Geez, she’s gonna wreck all the fun!!
